Semi Automatic Laminated Glass Cutting Machine For Thick Float & Laminated Glass
Introduction
This semi automatic laminated glass cutting table features a heavy welded steel frame to eliminate vibration during cutting. It comes with matched upper and lower cutting tools tailored for thick float and laminated glass with PVB film. An air-flotation table prevents glass scratches during feeding, paired with a pneumatic splitting unit for clean separation.
Functions:
Machine body adopts welded tube which makes whole machine very stable. Application of synchronous belt convey system, PLC control system, imported electrical spare parts, stepping motor and LCD makes it much convenient and stable. Upper & bottom cutter can work at same time, which ensures high conformity and easy breaking after cutting.
Features
This machine consists of four core modules: heavy-duty welded main frame, air-float worktable, dual cutting carriage and pneumatic breaking assembly. The rigid base suppresses vibration during operation. The air-flotation table supports and slides glass sheets without scratches. The mobile carriage carries upper and lower carbide cutting wheels to score laminated glass synchronously.
