This JQZ 8080 manual glass cutting machine are specially designed for cutting glass Mosaics with high accuracy and efficiency. The maximum cutting size is 800*800mm and minimum cutting size is 10x10mm. The distance between cutting boxes can be adjusted by manually,adjust the space of cutter rack,then push the horizontal and vertical bridge to begin mass cutting,it can equip with blowing and suction accordingly to requirement.The material of tabletop have blanket,metal,marble etc.

How Does the JQZ 8080 Work
1. Place the Glass
Position the glass sheet securely on the cutting tabletop.
2. Adjust Cutter-Rack Spacing
Manually adjust the spacing between the cutter racks according to the required mosaic dimensions.
3. Position the Bridges
Push the horizontal and vertical bridges to the required cutting positions.
4. Score the Glass
The cutting system uses BOHLE cutter wheels and a cutter holder to create precise scoring lines.
5. Perform Batch Cutting
After positioning, the machine enables mass cutting of mosaic glass pieces, with a minimum cutting size of 10 × 10 mm and cutting accuracy of ±0.15 mm.
6. Collect the Finished Pieces
The cut mosaic glass pieces can then be collected for subsequent processing or installation.
