Structured with five core modules as shown, this PVB & EVA glass laminating machine includes an entry conveyor for stable glass feeding, a convection heating oven with uniform circulating heat, a PLC touchscreen cabinet for one-touch parameter adjustment, reusable vacuum bags holding up to three glass layers under 36mm total thickness, and an exit conveyor for finished material unloading. Segmented convection heating avoids uneven film melting, while the vacuum system fully expels air between glass and interlayers. All frames adopt reinforced anti-deformation steel, with insulated oven walls cutting power loss. Certified electrical components support non-stop mass production, perfectly fitting EVA direct lamination and pre-processed PVB composite glass manufacturing.
