Production and operation

* Touchscreen control for all operations except start and stop, with a Chinese-language operator interface.
* Enter four glass-size specifications and set up to 9,999 frames per size. The system calculates the corresponding spacer-frame
dimensions, sequences the jobs, and processes them continuously.
* Four automatic storage channels accommodate four spacer-bar specifications in lengths of 4–6 m (13.1–19.7 ft). Automatic
channel changeover is optional.
* Fully automatic feeding, high-speed continuous cut-to-length operation, and automatic cutoff when each frame is complete.
* Automatic bar joining with intelligent joint avoidance during bending.
* Continuous production requires the operator to keep the storage channels supplied and remove completed frames. The machine
stops automatically at the preset quantity.
* Bending speed adjusts to frame size to help prevent distortion of large frames while maintaining high-speed production of
smaller frames.
* No offcut design minimizes material waste to the cutting kerf.
