E-LD18000 Vertical Glass Washing and Drying Machine
The Eworld E-LD1800 vertical glass washer features a rigid vertical back-plate conveyor which engineered to eliminate glass slippage and edge deflection during high-throughput cleaning. The core washing section utilizes three pairs of dynamically balanced, high-density varnothing 180mm brushes, automatically adjusting to glass thicknesses from 3mm to 19mm via a precision rack-and-pinion synchronization system. For chemical purity, its multi-stage water circuit operates a cascaded filtration setup with dedicated high-volume spray nozzles. Crucially, the drying stage employs a pair of aerodynamically optimized, inclined stainless steel air knives, fed by a sound-insulated high-pressure blower, delivering a high-velocity laminar air curtain that shears water microscopic boundaries off Low-E surfaces without thermal thermal stress.
