Product Structures
Built on a stress-relieved heavy welded frame, this E-LD10325 vertical glass straight edging machine arranges ten motors in a graded sequence: three for coarse diamond grinding, four for fine resin finishing, and three for cerium oxide mirror polishing which completing full edge treatment in a single pass. The vertical conveying system uses synchronized rubber pinch rollers with adjustable pneumatic clamping pressure, holding glass securely without surface marring. A closed-loop water cooling system with multi-stage filtration delivers targeted coolant to each grinding head, extending wheel life while preventing thermal glass cracking. Precision linear guide rails maintain consistent edge straightness within ±0.02mm, and quick-release wheel mounts reduce changeover downtime.
