It uses optical probes to capture workpiece contour data in real time, enabling the servo system to precisely control the machining path. This machine supports edge grinding and polishing of the outer edges of glass in any shape. Workpieces can be placed anywhere within the effective travel range without the need for manual calibration or positioning, truly achieving simple operation that requires no prior experience. Operators simply need to place the glass on the worktable and start the process to initiate automatic glass processing.
Featuring a highly integrated all-in-one design, this machine comes with a complete set of components, including a built-in vacuum generation system, cooling water tank, lubricating oil tank, and vacuum suction cups. Customers can begin production immediately after unpacking the unit by simply connecting it to power and water. Equipped with a Delta servo motor as standard, it ensures smooth motion control and a machining accuracy of ±0.3 mm, guaranteeing consistent finished product quality.
